We are looking for experienced candidates with real estate, sales/customer service experience to join our Sales department. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a competitive sales based environment.
We offer a competitive commission based package with additional perks such as 4×4 company care,health insurance & excellent marketing support. We provide a Mentor scheme for those with no previous UAE real estate experience.
Duties including but not limited too:
– Generating new business
– Source properties in your dedicated area
– follow up on leads accordingly
– Conduct valuations
– Arrange & conduct viewings on properties that meet your clients requirements
– Build relationships with both Buyers & Sellers
– Negotiate offers & contracts
– Ensure clients are provided with accurate information regarding properties
– Provide excellent customer service ensuring all clients needs are met
– Real estate or sales/customer service experience required
– Self motivated
– Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
– Fantastic customer service skills are required.
– Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work well in a team
– Confident, friendly manner with a professional appearance
– UAE Diving License is mandatory
